Sim city Error

Hi, my problem is the following:
I’ve bought already the SimCity on Origin but I didn’t bought the Cities of Tomorrow, so I’ve Downloaded the cracked game and the DLC pack
(Razor1911)
I’ve seen a lot of tutorial videos but when I’ve Installed and cracked it this happend no words and the game not loads I’ve tried to restart my computer and turn the virus scanner off.
But nothing happend.
